Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged.

• The wrong item was delivered.

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

Items must:

• Be unused.

• Be in their original packaging.

• Include all accessories and tags (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:

• Opened cosmetics

• Opened perfumes

• Personal care products

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method (or another agreed method if applicable).

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
